John L. Waldrup, 49, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. John enjoyed restoring classic cars and was a NASCAR enthusiast. He also loved spending time on the beach. “Sometimes the best, or only, way to take care of the dead is to take care of the living”. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Waldrup of Iuka, MS; his mother, Shannon Setzer, and his father, Ed Waldrup, both of Iuka, MS; one son, Dakota Waldup of Iuka, MS; two daughters, Ashley Beardsall of St. Augustine, FL, and Kaylee Thomas of Crestview, FL; two brothers, Phillip Shane Willis of Jonesboro, AR, and Andy Hamm of Niceville, FL; and one sister, Tammy Levi of Destin, FL.
