Oneal Brown

Oneal Brown, 76, of Iuka, Mississippi, died November 24, 2010, at his residence. He was an U.S. Navy submariner and veteran, and served during the Korean Conflict. He was also a Mason. He was an overall hard worker, and enjoyed fishing, camping, and gardening. Following cremation, a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by 1 son: Benny Brown (Pam) of Corinth, MS; 1 daughter: Lori Bowles (Stan) of Horn Lake, MS; 1 brother: Richard Brown (Carolyn) of Iuka, MS; 7 sisters: Clara Cook (Oneal) of San Diego, CA; Susie Arnett of Iuka, MS; Paulie Herman (Tommy) of Iuka, MS: Faye Cooper (Jackie) of Iuka, MS; Louise Kingen (Billy) of Cherokee, AL: Linda Gail Patterson (Danny) of Hattiesburg, MS; and Judy Cassell of Pedal, MS; and 5 grandchildren: Joshua Brown, Annie Brown, Brittney Hawkins (Blake), Ashlea Bowles, and Ben Mansel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ida Brown; his brother, Jimmy Lee Brown; and his sister, Mary Ann Arnold.
