Garnet Bond

Garnet Kursey Bond, 42, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Saturday, July 9, 2011, at her residence. Following cremation, a private service will be held at a later date. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her husband, George Bond; her father, Thomas Kursey of Frederick, MD; one daughter, Heather Bond Cox of Columbus, OH; two sons, Eric Bond of Belmont, MS, and Russell Bond of Iuka; one sister, Dale Kursey of Sykesville, MD; and three brothers, Tom Kursey, Jr. and Robert Kursey, both of Hagerstown, MD, and Marvin Kursey of Elizabethton, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Charlotte Carter and several nieces and nephews.
