Katie Louise Bennett, 91, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, January 30, 2012, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 3, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Dr. Faye Cole. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Friday. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 niece, Joe Ann Mitchell of Iuka, MS; 1 nephew, Billy Mitchell of Chicago, IL; 1 special great-niece, Anita Mitchell of Iuka, MS; and a host of other great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Enola Mitchell; 2 brothers, Onan and Herbert Mitchell; and 2 sisters, Celia Mae Lasley and Lavada Johnson.
