Eloise "Sissy" Foote

Eloise "Sissy" Foote, 89, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Monday, January 21, 2013, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 23, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Gary Watkins. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include one son, Gene Foote of Iuka, MS; one grandchild, Allison Townsend of Jackson, MS; and one great-grandchild, Ty Townsend of Jackson, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Foote; her parents, W. A. and Corrie Ramsey; and two brothers, W. D. “Buster” Ramsey, and J. O. “Jimmie” Ramsey.
