Luis Manuel Perez

Luis Manuel Perez, 31, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Tuesday December 30, 2014, at the North Misissippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was a waiter at ElPicante Restaurant in Iuka. He was an avid fisherman and loved to laugh. Luis could always be seen with a smile on his face. He always looked for the good in other people. He was a good-hearted man. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 2, 2015, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka form 5:00-9:00 PM. He will be buried in Guatemala at a later date. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his parents, Domingo Perez Diaz and Maria Domingo of Guatemala; sons, Domingo and Jose Perez; brothers, Francisco (Tabitha) Perez of Iuka and Gaspar (Angelina) Perez of Guatemala; sisters, Francisca, Ebulalie, Manuela, Carmen, and Louisa Perez of Guatemala. Luis is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Francisca Perez. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at BancCorp South to help with expenses.
