Robert Lee “Bob” Nelson, 59, of Iuka, MS, died Thursday, May 2, 2019, at his residence. He was a former journalist for The Clarion-Ledger. He is survived by a brother, Jim Nelson; several nieces and nephews; and a cousin, Steve Nelson and wife, Sheri, and their children, David, Stacey, and Mollie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Colonel (Ret.) O. C. Nelson and Elizabeth “Bette” Switzer Nelson; a brother, Dr. Gary A Nelson; and a sister-in-law, Rebecca Jordan Nelson. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 5, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Rev.
