David Durham

James David Durham, 72,of Tishomingo, MS passed from this walks of life April 16, 2026 in Tupelo, MS. He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Wanda Durham; a daughter, Kayla Upton (Shane) of Tishomingo, MS; one granddaughter, Kaylon Upton; one grandson, Logan Upton; a loyal companion, Ollie; his brothers, Wayne Durham of Iuka and Alvis Ray Durham (Marion) of Tishomingo; his sister, Debra Durham of Corinth; his aunt, Mary Jo Holland (J Lloyd) of Daytin, TN; and several nephews and one niece. He was a member of Landmark Baptist Church. He had been an ordained deacon since 2013 and he loved serving the Lord. He will be missed by many. In his spare time, he loved cooking and having fish frys for his family and friends. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation will be Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. The funeral is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Bobby Ivey and Bro. Charles Wooten. Burial will be at Tishomingo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Greg Durham, Bubba Durham, Cole Durham, Logan Upton, Riley Anderson, and Jacob Witcher.
