James G. Reed, Jr. "Knothead" "Popeye", 57, of Burnsville, MS, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Kimberly Taylor (Blake), Raylene Blake (Eric), Tabitha Prine (Brent), and James "Trey" Reed, III; his grandchildren, Elissa, Jadyn, Jayce, Trevor, Tristan, Bayleigh, Madison, Travis, Miley, Laythan, Kaitlynn, Callie Jo, Noah, Benjamin, and Khloe; one great-grandchild, Creed; his siblings, Teresa Howington (Teddy), Delores Flint (Roy), and David Reed (DeDe); and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Reed, Sr.; his mother, JoAnn Haines; his step-father, Larry Haines; and his brother, Marty Reed. Cutshall Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 2:00 P.M., at Red Hill Cowboy Church in Delhi, LA.
