Jason Lee Stuart, 49, passed away Monday, September 28, 2026, after a brief illness. Jason loved his family with all of his heart. His wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Alexis, were his world. Jason did not only consider blood relative his family. He had many friends that were included in his family circle. If he loved you, you were his family. Jason was passionate about his business, Barnes Marine. He was an amazing salesman, and under his direction, Barnes Marine, has grown and prospered. His employees and customers will miss his big personality. Jason loved Mississippi State, surfing behind his boat, and deer hunting. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, friend, employer, and business owner. Jason is survived by his wife of 21 years, Jennifer; his daughter, Alexis and her boyfriend, Will; his mother, Brenda Stuart; two brothers, Jonathan Stuart (Christy) and Jamie Stuart (Courtney); his sister, Jessica Tuders (Michael); four nephews, Kolton, Konner, Jackson, and Hunter; and one niece, Taylor. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Stuart. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel. Services will immediately follow. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jamie Stuart, Jonathan Stuart, Jackson Stuart, Hunter Stuart, Kolton Tuders, and Konnor Tuders. Jason will be remembered for his loving personality and his devotion to his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
