With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Justin Maxwell, who left this world on July 6, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi. Born July 21, 1992, in Corinth, Mississippi, Justin brought determination, courage, and loyalty into every corner of his life, leaving a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Justin was a man whose heart beat fiercely for his family and friends. He found his greatest accomplishment in his beloved son, Lawson Maxwell, whose every smile lit up Justin's face with pride and joy. His steadfast love and devotion also radiated to his wife, Selena Maxwell, who stood by his side through all of life's peaks and valleys, their bond unbroken and ever strong. To his brothers—Josh Maxwell; Rob Nunley and his wife, Tasha; and Donnie Colley and his wife, Kayla—Justin was not only a sibling, but a loyal friend and confidant, always ready with a helping hand or a joke to lighten the load. His circle of love extended to his father-in-law, Ricky Page, and mother-in-law, Shara Page, with whom he shared mutual respect and gratitude.

Justin embraced life with optimism, resilience, and an unfaltering work ethic. He was a proud member of International Brotherhood of Boilermaker Local 263, Memphis, Tennessee, he gave his all to his trade, earning the respect of his peers for both his skill and the attitude he fostered. Embodying the spirit of an entrepreneur, Justin poured his heart and soul into his mobile welding business, "Outlaw Fabs," building a reputation for craftsmanship and reliability that will be remembered for years to come.

A survivor in every sense, Justin overcame cancer with drive and stubborness—his journey through trials marked by bravery and hope that inspired all who knew him. Even in the face of adversity, he found time to do what he loved most: hunting in the quiet woods, welding with creative hands, and spending treasured moments hanging out with friends whose company made every day brighter.

Those who had the privilege of sharing in Justin's life will recall with smiles and tears the laughter around a fire, the wisdom exchanged in quiet moments, and the courage he showed through every challenge. His spirit is woven into the fabric of his family, embedded in the stories they will tell and the values they carry forward.

A funeral service honoring Justin Chase Maxwell’s memory will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, located at 302 North Pearl Street, Iuka, MS 38852, officiated by Brandon Sparks. Burial will follow in Joel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rob Nunley, Cody Armstrong, Blake Taylor, Donnie Colley, Brian Gattis, and Adam South.

Though Justin’s time with us was tragically short, his impact endures—a testament to the strength, stubborness, and devotion that defined his days. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
