Lona Mae Morris Bray

Lona Mae Morris Bray, 89, of Iuka, MS passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch, watching television, and being by the lake. Lona was a member of New Salem Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading her bible and listening to gospel music. He greatest blessing in life was her love for the Lord and her family, who she spent as much time as possible with. She is survived by her daughters, Shelia Crum and Charlotte Mills; her sons, Chester Bray, Lester Bray (Pat), Thomas Bray, Ronald Bray, and Eddie Bray (Sharon); her grandchildren, Greg Moore, Donna Sowers, Riley Gray, Maegan Rothrock, Shelley Bray, Brandy Wilson, Michael Bray, Valerie Bray, Leslie Bray, Christopher Bray, Jennifer Beghtliel, Zach Bray, Joshua Bray, Danielle Wright, Nikkie Brumley, Dustin Bray, Paige Lancaster, and Miles Gingher; 22 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Linda Barnes. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linnie Carrel and Lorene McMasters Morris; her husband, Raymond Chester Bray; her sons, Donald E. Bray and Billy Ray Bray; her son in laws, J.K. Crum and Carol Mills; her grandson, Ty Bray; and her sister, Lola Faye Byrd. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 5pm until 8pm, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for 3pm, Monday, August 2, 2021 at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Ed Kennedy and Bro. Ron Norvell. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zach Bray, Josh Bray, Riley Gray, Greg Moore, Leslie Bray, Christopher Bray, Michael Bray, Jason Brumley, Taylor Wilson, and Chris Wright.
