Martha Lou Enlow, born on February 28, 1936, in Holcut, Mississippi, gracefully departed from this world on December 1, 2025, at her residence. She was a devoted homemaker and a nurturing presence who found immense joy in her family and the beauty of nature that surrounded her.
Martha's life was a tapestry woven with love and connection, best exemplified by her proudest accomplishment: spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her beloved children, Lisa James (David) and Donathan Enlow (Amy), who carry forward her legacy of kindness and care. Martha took immense pride in her grandchildren, Bridgett Bullion (Ronald), Douglas Deaton (Stephanie), Kaitlin Fuentes, Avery Umphrey (Mercedes), and Logan Umphrey, and her heart swelled with joy as she became a great-grandmother to Maribeth Bullion, Tristin Bullion, Walter Deaton, and Oliver Umphrey.
Martha cherished the warm relationships of her siblings, Virgil Belue, Donald Belue, and Bobby Belue, who she shared countless memories filled with laughter and love. A loving presence in the lives of many, she is also survived by numerous other family members who will hold her memory close.
She now joins her husband, Harold Wayne Enlow, in eternal rest, along with her parents, Lealon and Esther Lambert Belue, her daughter, Angela Deaton, son-in-law, Roger Deaton, her brother, Raphael Belue, and sister, Mona Sue Belue Nunley, all of whom she adored.
Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. A graveside service to honor Martha's life will be held on December 6, 2025, at New Prospect Cemetery in Iuka, Mississippi, beginning at 1:00 PM. Friends and family are invited to celebrate a remarkable woman whose legacy will continue to live on through the hearts and stories of those she loved so deeply.
Martha Lou Enlow will be remembered for her love of nature, her green thumb in the yard, and her favorite pastime of reading. She enriched the lives of all who knew her, leaving an indelible mark that will remain cherished in the hearts of her family for generations to come.
