Nellie Jo Cutshall Lewis

Nellie Jo Cutshall Lewis, 94, of Westerville, Ohio, formally of Iuka, MS, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Inniswood Health and Rehab in Westerville. Nellie Jo was of the Baptist faith and grew up in Iuka before attending Mississippi School for the Deaf in Jackson. After leaving school, she lived in several areas of the southeast before finally settling down at Inniswood Health and Rehab for the Deaf in Westerville, OH, in her most recent years. Nellie Jo is survived by her sons, Talmadge “Tim” Wright (Sharon) and Earl C. Wright (Terri); 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her sister, Dianne Biddle; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Lewis; her daughter, Mary Jo Brown; her grandson, Jason Fulghum; her parents, Lois Lyle Dugger and Everett Earl Cutshall; and her sisters, Ellene Nelson, Jane Grisham, and Sarah Blaylock. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in the chapel, officiated by Bro. James Rich. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
