Ramona Rutland Parker

Ramona Rutland Parker, born on September 8, 1961, in Sheffield, Alabama, peacefully passed away on December 10, 2025, at her residence in Cherokee, Alabama. A beloved figure within her family and community, Ramona's spirit will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.

Ramona was a devoted wife to her husband, Ken Rutland, and a loving mother to her children, Jason Parker (Cindy) and Jeremy Parker. She took immense pride in the accomplishments of her grandchildren: Zeke Parker, Gage Pilkinton, Sabrina Linville, and Emmett Linville, who brought her great joy and fulfillment throughout her life. Additionally, she is survived by her mother, Louise, and her brothers, Dale Rutland and Troy Rutland.

Throughout her life, Ramona enjoyed a variety of hobbies that reflected her nurturing spirit and appreciation for nature, including crochet and bird watching. She found solace in these activities, often using her talents to create beautiful gifts for her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Rutland, and the father of her children, Kevin Parker, both of whom she held dear in her heart.

Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. The family will hold visitation and funeral services at Cutshall Funeral Home - Iuka, located at 302 North Pearl Street, Iuka, MS 38852. The visitation is scheduled for December 13, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Bro. James Rich.
