Robert Lee Stewart

Robert Lee “Bob” Stewart, 91, of Memphis, TN, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at his Memphis home. Robert was born on April 7, 1927, in Jacksboro, TX to Mizell Lee and Ornee Stewart. He was a proud WWII Army veteran where he was honored with the Victory Medal.  Robert was also a professional tax preparer for 33 years before his retirement. He was a Mason, York Rite, Scottish Rite, and Shriner. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2019, at Morris Hill Cemetery in Cherokee, AL. Interment will follow in Morris Hill Cemetery in Cherokee, AL. There will be no public visitation. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Loraine of Memphis; his nephews, Bobby Belue of Tuscumbia, AL, Larry Belue of Florence, AL, Robert Belue of Iuka, MS; and his nieces, Ann Barnes of Mountain View, AR, and Brynda Hobson of Corinth, MS.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his nephews, Adrian Belue, Leon Thomason, Dean Thomason; and a niece Martha Coates.
