Shirley Ann Sagely

Shirley Ann Sagely, 55, of Tishomingo, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025. She was born on February 10, 1970, in Taylor, Michigan, to Georgina Tiedeman and Troy Ray Clayton, Sr. Shirley was known for her sweet nature, strong spirit, and knack for telling it like it is. She was a beloved member of the Gospel Lighthouse in Tishomingo and had a special talent for aggravating the kids, always bringing joy and laughter to those around her. In her free time, she enjoyed camping, cookouts, thrift-shopping, and going out. She loved her family deeply and cherished each moment she got to spend with them. Shirley is survived by her husband, Kever Mitchell Sagely, Sr.; her son, Kever Mitchell Sagely, Jr.; her brothers, Troy Clayton, Jr. (Shirley) and Robert Clayton; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Hill and Carolyn Bennett; her father-in-law, William Sagely, Sr. (Sandra); many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ellen Louise Sagely; her parents, Georgina Tiedeman and Troy Ray Clayton, Sr.; and her sister, Patti Clayton. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS, is entrusted with the arrangements.
