Timothy Ray “Tim” Milligan, 63, of Iuka, Mississippi, died on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at his residence. Tim enjoyed fellowshipping with his close family and friends and loved attending Harmony United Methodist Church when he was able. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte Adams; and many other family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Jackie Ray Milligan; and his grandparents, Kell and Evelyn Carson Milligan and Bud and Annie Belle Monroe Adams.
